WHAT IS MICROCEMENT

MicroCement is a seamless cement and resin based topping that can be applied to almost any sound surface with the correct preparation. There are multiple textures that can be achieved in an array of colours. The product is applied in very thin coats with a final depth of around 3mm meaning it can go straight onto floors/ tiles and other previous backgrounds without the need to rip out and start again.
As a microtopping MicroCement can make renovation cheaper and quicker due to being easily applied to existing surfaces such as tiles, wood flooring, cement, plasterboard and plastic. It is completely waterproof, easy to clean, and very hygenic due to the fact there are no joins, seals and grout lines. It can also be applied over underfloor heating. It is anti crack, flexible and can withstand every day wear and tear.

With a wide colour pallete and an endless possibility of application methods paired with the correct texture this will give anything from a clean scandinavian finish, to a rustic industrial look. Creating a finish similar to Polished concrete without the machinery and new surfaces some, microcement is becomingly increasingly popular for architects, designers and developers.

Apart from having a completely bespoke one of a kind surface you will be getting a completely seamless product. Meaning there are no grout lines, joins and seams which attract dirt and germs making it one of the easiest materials to maintain and clean.

With it being only 3mm in depth it can be applied for renovation purpose over the existing floor without having take up doors

The product is an extremely hard wearing and will last a very long time, and is sealed with a polyurethane sealer which are some of the stronget sealers about.
